Sports & Remedial Massage		Sports & Remedial Massage is the repair, rehabilitation and maintenance of the soft tissue of the body, i.e muscles, ligaments and tendons. Sports Massage realigns muscle fibres and breaks down scar tissue. Regular massage whilst training can help to alleviate and prevent injury and also help to speed any injury recovery time. Rock and Functions band	The Firebyrds	The ‘Firebyrds’ are a local Berkshire, Surrey and London based six piece band! The band comprises northern lass Hannah with her sexy bluesy vocals and local Reading boy Simon who plays shakin’ electric guitar and sings alongside Hannah. Then we have talented Reading born now Surrey lady Fay who plays her very distinctive mandolin. Then there is our new Berkshire member Roger who despite his classical background plays some ‘mean’ blues Keyboard. Last but not least the thumping rhythm section comprises Howlin’ Wilf from South London on bass guitar and kick ass (hard hitting) female drummer from Wales Carys. The band love and enjoy playing music, predominately the blues, but enjoy a lot of other music too, the six different members bringing an eclectic taste and style to the band. We play a blend of fun and energetic (sometimes a bit slower, depending on how carried away the drummer gets) blues, rhythm and blues, rockabilly and rock and roll. We also play a bit of jazz, soul, Motown, country and dance music and even some contemporary rock and indie tunes. The band also plays quite a few Irish and folk jigs and reels which are thanks to our exceptional mandolin player. ’The Firebyrds’ are suitable for any venue large or small and are available for parties, weddings, pubs, clubs and functions. We will ensure that your event goes smoothly and the party never stops, we can even provide disco lights and some disco music when we’re not playing. Our music choice provides something for everyone, for all ages to enjoy. We think we are a unique, versatile and enjoyable experience not to be missed. Sports Injuries Clinics		Sarah Connors has been working with the Great Britain Athletics Team for 9 years, travelling to all major games including 2000 Sydney Olympics. This experience is used in the clinic to treat all levels of sports person, with the same degree of expertise and understanding of the nature and mechanics of the sports and the level of training required.
