easyfundraising.org.uk is a great way to raise money
for charities, schools, sports clubs, community groups,
and other good causes just by shopping online. You don’t
pay anything extra. So far they’ve raised over £5
million for causes throughout the UK.
B&BHAC is registered with
and so far has raised around £500 without promoting this
facility. This is voluntary, requires no fees and little
effort in order to raise “free” money for the Club.
How does it work? When you do your online
shopping and use a Retailer who participates in the
scheme you will earn money for BBHAC for each purchase
you make, typically between 0.75 & 2.5%! Check here for

Marathon are invited to
enter the draw for a club guaranteed entry, if possible
supply proof of rejection.
It is difficult handling a lot of entries on the
night, could members please give me their entries before
Wednesday 18 December.

allocating Marathon entries worked for by the Baggage

Croydon swim session …..
Run by Croydon Striders but open to
anyone. Great for those who are thinking about trying an
aquathon, triathlon or recovering from injury. The
sessions are structured and a perfect way to improve
fitness over the winter months. Exclusive use of the
pool at Trinity School (with approx. 3 people per lane).
Thursday evenings from 8.45-9.45pm. £5.00 per session.
No need to book, just turn up or you can call Justine if

*Please note for the Sept-Dec 2013 term there will not
be a coach but the sessions will still be running.

200 Club presents £2000 to help
send our Junior Girls to the European Junior Clubs Cup Final in Brno, Czech Rep.
At the Club on Wednesday 4 September 2013, Tony Pontifex,
the 200 Club Promoter, presented the President with a cheque for £2000 to help
send our junior girls to compete in the European Clubs Cups Final in Brno, Czech
Rep. He also gave another £500 towards the cost of the Polo Shirts. Presenting the cheques, Tony thanked the members for their continued
support, wished them luck in the future and said that if anyone would like to
