Wednesday Nighters Christmas Supper 20 December 2006
On 20 December 2006 the Annual Wednesday Nighters Christmas Supper was staged. Once again we had a full house of ninety - the noise was deafening as everyone was in good form.
Before we sat down about 45 trained athletes ran to 'Apples' for the now traditional punch & mince pies along with a few carols - this certainly set the scene for the night. A quick visit to Brian Smiths, more carols and back for some drinkie poos.
The fines, auction and raffle raised a magnificent £1039.04 - many thanks to all who participated, contributed and paid up!
