Entry Fees

The entry fee for fixtures denoted (Bn) is £4. This does not apply to athletes
under 18 years old but they are invited to make a £1 donation on entering for
the event.

Handicap times are calculated by the Hon Handicapper, so members are
kindly requested to blame him for the occasional(!) injustice...

Bennett Cup

This trophy is awarded to the person with the highest aggregate points’ score
from the handicap competition held as part of those events marked (Bn) –
nine in total. The points for each event will be: 60 points for 1st, down to 1
point for 60th and all other finishers.

Mob Matches

All Club members are expected to compete in Mob Matches, unless in
possession of a valid Doctor’s Certificate or a letter from their mum.

Subscriptions

Members are reminded that Club annual subscriptions are due on 1st January
of each year. Members whose subscriptions are in arrears will not be
eligible to participate in any Club fixture or be selected to represent the
Club; in particular they will not be eligible to win any Club Championship.

NOTE: Blackheath & Bromley Harriers AC are affiliated to England
Athletics. Participation in events held under UKA rules requires an
affiliation levy of £13.00 to be paid.

Those whose subscriptions are more than six months in arrears, put their
Club membership at risk.

The current rates of subscription are displayed on the club website and in the
Clubhouse.
