Adam Gemili beat British team-mate James Dasaolu
over 60m at the indoor Welsh Senior Athletics Championships
on Sunday 31 January, in a new personal best and
club record in 6.59s.
KLAN are holding a marathon workshop,
with Mara Yamauchi to be held at
Norman Park on 27 February 2016.

250 Club presents £2000 to help
send our Junior Girls to the European Junior Clubs Cup Final in Brno, Czech Rep.
At the Club on Wednesday 4 September 2013, Tony Pontifex,
the 250 Club Promoter, presented the President with a cheque for £2000 to help
send our junior girls to compete in the European Clubs Cups Final in Brno, Czech
Rep. He also gave another £500 towards the cost of the Polo Shirts. Presenting the cheques, Tony thanked the members for their continued
support, wished them luck in the future and said that if anyone would like to

boys and girls won the Kent YA League again, are top of their
division in the UKYD League and came 2nd in the
U17 and U20
boys and girls were second in the league in the UKYDL & 3rd in the
National Final - Women qualify for Europe again!
The Female Masters team finished first
in the Kent Division and are into the Area Final
The Male Masters team
were 3rd in the Kent Division
The Senior Men
finish 6th in Division One of
the British League and stay in that division
The Senior Women finished 8th in the UK Women's
League and are relegated to Division one next year
