'Little Jan' who has worked at the
clubhouse for over 20 years died on Monday 10 March. Jan had
only just returned from visiting her son Robin, who lives in
Australia. We believe that she suffered a thrombosis.
Funeral details will be posted when known.

200 Club presents £2000 to help
send our Junior Girls to the European Junior Clubs Cup Final in Brno, Czech Rep.
At the Club on Wednesday 4 September 2013, Tony Pontifex,
the 200 Club Promoter, presented the President with a cheque for £2000 to help
send our junior girls to compete in the European Clubs Cups Final in Brno, Czech
Rep. He also gave another £500 towards the cost of the Polo Shirts. Presenting the cheques, Tony thanked the members for their continued
support, wished them luck in the future and said that if anyone would like to
