Nanette Cross: Nanette fought a long battle but finally succumbed. She had been an active member for many years. Her funeral will take place on Wednesday 12 August at 12:45 at Beckenham Crematorium. Family flowers only; donations to the Chartwell Unit at the PRUH.
Afterwards at Blackheath Headquarters in Hayes, everyone welcome.
Louise, Nanette's daughter, has said that Nanette didn't like black, so if you are intending to go and to wear black, you may want to wear some colour with it! 4-08-15

England Athletics, UKA and the other home country governing bodies are alert to our responsibilities to all participants in athletics in respect of all aspects of health and safety. One particular area that young athletes and their parents must be aware of is the risk of cardiac problems. Full information about CRY and their services can be found on their website at www.c-r-y.org.uk . Young people between the age of 14 and 35 who would like to have cardiac testing can go to www.testmyheart.org  You can also see www.uka.org.uk/governance/health-safety/cardiac-screening-for-athletes/  for information on work being done by UKA in this area. 3-05-12

250 Club presents £2000 to help send our Junior Girls to the European Junior Clubs Cup Final in Brno, Czech Rep.

At the Club on Wednesday 4 September 2013, Tony Pontifex, the 250 Club Promoter, presented the President with a cheque for £2000 to help send our junior girls to compete in the European Clubs Cups Final in Brno, Czech Rep. He also gave another £500 towards the cost of the Polo Shirts. Presenting the cheques, Tony thanked the members for their continued support, wished them luck in the future and said that if anyone would like to subscribe to the 250 Club to please contact him on apontifex@hotmail.com  or on 07963738452. 5-09-13

Organised by Bromley MyTime and is a weekly 5k that takes place in Norman Park on Saturday mornings at 09:00. You need to register via their website (free) then just turn up and run/jog the same course, for free, every Saturday! Any age group. 13-09-09

Our Junior Girls took 3rd place at the European Junior Clubs Cups Final in Brno in the Czech Rep, 21 September 2013

At the end of the 2014 T&F Leagues:
The Senior Men finish 3rd in Division One of the British League
The Male Masters team were 4th in the Kent Division
The Female Masters team finished second in the Kent Division & 3rd in the Area Final
U13 and U15 boys and girls are top of the league in the UKYDL & came 2nd in the National Final
U17 and U20 boys and girls were second in the league in the UKYDL & came 2nd in the National Final - The Junior Girls came 1st
The Senior Women finished 4th in the UK Women's League and stay in the top division

At the end of the 2015 T&F Leagues:
U13 and U15 boys and girls won the Kent YA League again and are top of their division in the UKYD League and in the National Final
U17 and U20 boys and girls were second in the league in the UKYDL & in the National Final
The Female Masters team finished second in the Kent Division and are in the Area Final
The Male Masters team were 3rd in the Kent Division
