Dina smashes the U20 & Senior 200m
club record with 23.14 at the
Loughborough International Athletics
meeting on 19 May. She goes 5th on the U20 all time list and is fastest
U20 in Europe this season...
Cheriece Hylton, an U17, also
broke a club record at the same meeting, running the
400m in 54.58.
It's also an U20 record.
Not to be outdone Shaunagh Brown broke her own Hammer record to record
66.06

are alert to our
responsibilities to all participants in athletics in
respect of all aspects of health and safety. One
particular area that young athletes and their parents
must be aware of is the risk of cardiac problems. Full
information about CRY and their services can be found on
their website at www.c-r-y.org.uk .

people between the age of 14 and 35 who would like to
have cardiac testing can go to

200 Club presents £2000 to help
send our Junior Girls to the European Junior Clubs Cup Final in Ljubljana,
Slovenia.
At the Club on Wednesday 19 September, Tony Pontifex,
the 200 Club Promoter, presented the President with a cheque for £2000 to help
send our junior girls to compete in the European Clubs Cups Final in Ljubljana
Slovenia. Presenting the cheque, Tony thanked the members for their continued
support, wished them luck in the future and said that if anyone would like to
subscribe to the 200 Club to please contact him on

Organised by Bromley MyTime and is a
weekly 5k that takes place in Norman Park
on Saturday mornings at 09:00. You need to register via their website (free)
then just turn up and run/jog the same course, for free, every Saturday! Any
age group.

stay in Division Two of

The Male Masters team are champions of the Kent
Division & won the SCVAC Area Championships
The Female Masters team finished third
in the Kent Division
The Senior Women finish third in the
UK Women's League
